Cancellation Policy

The mutual benefits and obligations set forth in this Agreement, the receipt and sufficiency of which consideration is hereby acknowledged, the Client and the Consultant (individually the "Party" and collectively the "Parties" to this Agreement) agree as follows: 1. Services Provided: The Consultant agrees to provide consulting services to the Client as set out in this Agreement. 2. Term of Agreement: The term of this Agreement shall begin on the date of the agreement and shall continue until the completion of the services, unless earlier terminated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. 3. Payment: The Client agrees to pay the Consultant for the services provided according to the terms outlined in this Agreement. 4. Confidentiality: Both Parties acknowledge that they may receive or have access to confidential information during the course of the consulting services and agree to keep all such information confidential. 5. Termination: Either Party may terminate this Agreement by giving written notice to the other Party if the other Party breaches any material obligation under this Agreement. 6. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country]. 7. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
